1. Eligibility
This Promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and prize fulfilment partners (Britvic Ireland Limited and Hopkins Merchandising Limited), their immediate families/households and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion. No purchase necessary. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
2. Promoter & Key Parties
Promoter: Portfolio Concentrate Solutions UC (a PepsiCo company), 70 Sir John Rogersons Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland.
3. Promotion Period
Enter between 00:01 on 01/02/2026 and 23:59 on 31/03/2026 (Irish time). Entries outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
Scan the QR code on a participating pack or visit joy-pepsico.eu/en-gb/promotions/7up/we-re-all-up-for-the-craic . Log into your JOY account or create one by providing required details (full name, email address, country) to find out instantly if you have won. Maximum 1 entry per person per day during the Promotion Period. Maximum 1 prize per person.

6. The Prizes
There are up to 3,000 prizes available:
- 1,000 pairs of 7UP socks
- 1,000 7UP beanie hats
- 500 7UP tote bags
- 500 7UP T-shirts
Prize items are allocated at random. No cash alternative is available and all prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value at its discretion.
7. Further Prize Details and Conditions
Winners cannot choose clothing sizes or colours; these will be allocated subject to availability and at random. Prize images used in any materials are for illustrative purposes and actual items may vary. Winners are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct. Neither the Promoter nor its prize fulfilment partners will be liable for prizes once dispatched and will not be responsible for prizes lost or damaged in transit.
Any pictures of prizes on any media are indicative only and the actual prizes may vary. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products being offered as prizes.
8. Winner Selection (Instant Win)
Up to 3,000 “winning moments” (days/hours/minutes/seconds) will be randomly pre-selected during the Promotion Period by an independent verification service. The first valid entry received on or after a winning moment will be awarded a prize, subject to verification. Not all prizes may be won if winning moments are not matched with valid entries.
9. Winner Notification & Claim
Provisional winners will be notified instantly on screen and by email to the address provided within 5 working days. Provisional winners must follow the instructions in the email and provide any requested details within 14 days of initial contact. Final claim deadline: 23:59 (Irish time) on 29/05/2026. Failure to claim in time or complete verification may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.
10. Prize Fulfilment & Delivery
Fulfilment will be carried out by Hopkins Merchandising Limited. If a prize does not arrive within 28 days of acceptance, winners must contact fulfilment support within a further 28 days at https://www.7up.ie/contact-us.
If not, the Promoter may decline to reissue or limit the prize at its discretion. All inquiries with respect to prize fulfilment should be directed the fulfilment support email. Neither Hopkins Merchandising Limited nor Britvic Ireland Limited will enter into any correspondence with any winner or entrant with respect to this Promotion.
It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
11. Fair Play & Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and identity of winners, including by requesting such information as it considers reasonably necessary. The Promoter may disqualify entries not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion or entries made using disposable/anonymous email services, automated means, multiple accounts or IP masking and may cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion if it cannot run as planned for any reason, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or events beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.
12. Liability
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies (including its prize fulfilment partners) are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
13. Data Protection
All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by an agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: https://www.pepsicoprivacypolicy.com/en .
Pursuant to articles 15-21 of the GDPR, you can exercise the rights of consultation, modification, cancellation and oblivion, limitation of data processing or you can oppose to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons or for informational and promotional purposes, by writing to the data controller (being the Promoter) at the aforementioned mailing address or by e-mail europe.privacy@pepsico.com. In case of revocation of the consent given, which can be presented at any time, it is understood that this does not affect the lawfulness of the handling of the data based on the previously expressed consent or on alternative mechanisms to the consent permitted by law.
14. General
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. In the event of conflict between these Terms and other promotional materials, these Terms prevail. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
This promotion is being carried out under a lottery license granted by the Dublin Metropolitan District Court on 8 October 2025. The lottery license is valid until 31 December 2026 and is held by Pieta House of First Floor Greenhills Retail Park, Greenhills Road, Tallaght Dublin 24, Dublin (Charity No: CHY16913).
